Lead Quality Systems & Compliance for Aseptic Compounding Unit

This is an opportunity to lead the Quality Systems & Compliance function for our aseptic compounding unit—driving high standards, removing waste, reducing variation and ensuring we’re always audit-ready.

You’ll be the owner of our Quality Management System, ensuring we meet regulatory expectations, uphold GMP/GDP standards and maintain robust, reliable processes that support safe patient outcomes.

Day to Day Tasks

  • Ensure all controlled documentation is current, accurate, relevant and accessible.
  • Review and approve new/updated procedures and quality documentation.
  • Ensure quality records are complete, legible and compliant with good documentation practice.

Quality System Oversight

  • Report monthly quality KPIs to the Aseptic Compounding Management Team.
  • Review QA data, quality documentation, and compile reports.
  • Ensure quality data (including CAPA, Complaints, deviations, etc.) is tracked, trended and monitored for timely completion.
  • Champion risk identification and management across the unit.

Audit Management

  • Lead internal audits and coordinate responses to external, regulatory and customer audits.
  • Drive investigation of audit findings and ensure corrective actions are delivered promptly and effectively.

This is a full-time, site-based role working 40 hours per week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
