Trillium Flow Technologies™ serves customers in the power, oil & gas, general industry and water & wastewater sectors with highly engineered valves, pumps and actuators, as well as complete support in every phase of a project or operation.

We have UK Facilities/offices in Alloa, Elland, Bedford, East Kilbride & London. As well as employees-based UK wide within Customer sites.

An exciting new vacancy has arisen aligned to the continued growth of our Company for the role of:

QUALITY SYSTEMS ENGINEER

ENGINEERING INDUSTRY

ALLOA

Requirements: Support the development, implementation and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), with primary focus on Quality Management (ISO 9001).

Execute audits and assurance activities, manage nonconformance and CAPA processes, and support operational delivery to ensure compliant and efficient project execution.

Objectives:

IMS support & governance

  • Draft, review and update IMS procedures, quality plans and work instructions.
  • Maintain document control and records in line with company policy and ISO requirements.

Audit & assurance

  • Plan and execute internal and supplier audits.
  • Record and track nonconformities and follow up to closure.
  • Support external certification and customer audits.

Nonconformance & CAPA

  • Manage nonconformance reporting and CAPA processes.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and verify effectiveness of actions.

Risk & operations

  • Support quality planning and verification of controls.
  • Conduct inspections and assurance activities.

Data & reporting

  • Maintain QMS data and provide monthly reporting.
  • Support performance dashboards and metrics.

Training & culture

  • Deliver quality inductions and briefings.
  • Promote quality awareness and engagement.

Continuous Improvement

  • Use CI tools (5 Why, Fishbone, A3) to support improvements.

People & Self-Leadership

  • Manage workload and communicate risks and priorities

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work with Operations, Procurement and other functions to embed quality.

Development Opportunity This role provides a development pathway within the HSEQ function. Subject to competence and performance, the role may progress into a HSEQ Coordinator position with broader responsibility for Health & Safety and Environmental management.

Education/Experience:

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality or IMS roles
  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor
  • Strong understanding of QMS and ISO requirements
  • Strong communication and reporting skills

Desirable

  • Lead Auditor ISO 9001
  • CQI membership
  • Experience with QMS/ERP systems

Tools & Systems

  • Microsoft 365; ERP (Infor M3); QMS systems (Q-Pulse); CAPA tools

Working Conditions & Requirements

  • Office, workshop and site-based work. Occasional travel required.
