With its core brands, Zumtobel, Thorn, and Tridonic, the Group offers its customers around the world a comprehensive portfolio of products and services.

Due to recent internal promotion, the role of Quality Systems Engineer is now being recruited for. The role holder will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's integrated management systems. You will ensure compliance with customer, legal, regulatory, and certification requirements while promoting a culture of quality, environmental responsibility, workplace safety, and energy efficiency throughout the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and work instructions remain compliant with applicable ISO standards.
  • Monitor management system performance through KPIs and audits.
  • Develop annual internal audit schedules and conduct audits against ISO’s 9001, 14001, 45001, & 50001.
  • Coordinate external certification audits.
  • Monitor changes in applicable legislation and standards and ensure ongoing compliance with HSE Regulations, Energy efficiency obligations, and product compliance requirements.
  • Deliver IMS training and awareness programs on Quality procedures and HSE responsibilities.
  • Generate annual management reviews.
  • Present findings during management review meetings.

Skills & Experience

  • HNC Minimum level qualification in an Engineering, Quality, or Health & Safety discipline.
  • Experience in maintaining ISO Management Systems. Bonus points if this experience comes from a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualifications with ISO’s 9001, 14001, 45001, & 50001.
  • Experience conducting internal audits.
  • Experience preparing for certification audits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
