We are now looking for a Quality Systems Lead to strengthen our energetic, ambitious, and enthusiastic team.
The preferred location for this position is Havant, UK.
Your role and responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining, and improving the WDSL BMS (Business Management System)
- Implement effective document controls to ensure all documents meet business, customer and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the WDSL internal audit programme
- Managing the Business Management System
- Develop and maintain business policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions
- Ensure compliance with: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
- Control all BMS and related documentation and records
- Ensure and support effective control of all documents and records across functions and projects
- Plan and manage the audit programme and conduct internal audits.
- Coordinate and facilitate customer and certification audits
- Ensure effective tracking, progress and implementation of corrective actions
- Facilitate root cause investigations
- Verify effectiveness of improvements
- Support resolution of customer complaints
- Train and support employees to develop functional documentation, process, procedures and standards
- Coach managers and teams on implementing quality best practices
- Report and analyse quality performance KPIs, data, costs and trends
- Identify and report quality performance trends
- Support management reviews and strategic planning
