We're looking for a hands-on Quality Systems Lead who will champion quality across the business, inspire colleagues, and lead continuous improvement within a successful manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll take ownership of the site's Quality Management System, ensuring it not only remains compliant but continues to evolve. This is a role for someone who enjoys being visible on the shop floor, working collaboratively with teams and embedding a culture of quality throughout the business.

What you will be doing

  • Lead, maintain and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, GMP and customer requirements.
  • Drive quality systems improvements that deliver higher standards, greater efficiency and best practice across the business.
  • Lead internal and external audit programmes with confidence, ensuring ongoing compliance and audit readiness.
  • Act as Product/Food Safety Team Leader, facilitating risk assessments, validation activities and change control processes.
  • Work closely with operational teams to engage, coach and encourage a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility.
  • Investigate supplier and customer quality issues, using effective root cause analysis to implement robust corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support third-party quality assurance activities, customer audits and technical agreements.
  • Develop and monitor quality KPIs, using data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion a proactive approach to quality, influencing stakeholders at all levels and leading by example.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
