Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Systems Manager to join our team in Dundalk. Reporting directly to our Business Unit Manager, the successful candidate will lead the development, governance, and continual improvement of the Alternative Heat - Integrated Management System (AH-IMS). The successful candidate will drive compliance, process excellence, and continual improvement across manufacturing, design, project delivery, procurement, and support functions. The role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the AH-IMS, maintaining certification to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other applicable standards, supporting regulatory and customer compliance requirements, and promoting a culture of quality and continual improvement throughout the business.

Job Details
Job Title: Quality Systems Manager
Location: Dundalk
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm
Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience
Responsible to: Business Unit Manager
What You'll be Doing
The role is responsible for leading and continually improving the Alternative Heat Integrated Management System (AH-IMS), covering quality, health & safety, and environmental requirements. It involves coaching managers and employees to embed ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 requirements into practical policies, procedures, and processes, while ensuring effective document control and compliance with legislation, standards, and customer requirements. The role also leads and supports internal, external, and certification audits, manages nonconformities and corrective actions, facilitates root-cause analysis, monitors KPIs and trends, and coordinates management reviews. A key focus is driving continual improvement, reducing risks and defects, strengthening operational controls, sharing lessons learned, and promoting a positive culture of quality, safety, environmental responsibility, and compliance across the organisation.
