About The Role
This Quality Technician position in Telford offers full-time hours of 38 per week, worked Monday to Thursday 8:00am until 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am until 2:30pm, with a daily 30-minute break. Pay ranges from £14.17 to £17.71 hourly, dependent on experience. Duties include completing First Article Inspection Reports, interpreting engineering drawings, performing inspections, and investigating quality concerns while liaising with customers and suppliers. Candidates should demonstrate precision, self-reliance, and strong communication abilities. The successful applicant will uphold rigorous standards within an established manufacturing quality team, ensuring products meet specification consistently.

Quality Technician
Location: Telford
Salary: £14.17 - £17.71 (DOE)
Hours: 38 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 2:30pm

Are you an experienced Quality Technician looking for your next opportunity with a successful and growing manufacturing business?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Technician to join our client's established quality team in Telford.
This role will suit someone who is confident working independently, communicating with customers and suppliers, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Completing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Conducting inspections and quality checks
- Investigating quality concerns and implementing corrective actions
- Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding quality matters
- Maintaining quality records and documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement activities

Requirements
- Previous experience within a quality-focused manufacturing environment
- Experience completing FAIRs
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Confident approach to problem-solving and decision-making
