Are you passionate about quality, precision and continuous improvement? Do you enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment where your attention to detail makes a real impact?
We're working with an innovative engineering and manufacturing company that develops high-performance products for global technology markets. They are looking for a Quality Technician to join their Operations Quality team, supporting the manufacture of world-class products within a Lean manufacturing environment.
What you'll be doing
- Carrying out the assembly, inspection and testing of precision components and sub-assemblies.
- Performing incoming inspection and quality checks on electronic and mechanical components.
- Supporting engineering with prototype builds, new product introduction and process development.
- Analysing inspection and test data to support quality investigations and non-conformance activities.
- Assisting with root cause investigations and determining suitable pass, rework or rejection actions.

What we're looking for
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, quality or engineering environment.
- Strong practical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience inspecting mechanical and/or electronic components.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment such as callipers, micrometers or gauges.
