We are working with an established manufacturing organisation who are seeking a Quality professional to join their team on a permanent basis. Job Description

  • Manage the full process for non-conformances, from raising and investigating issues through to implementing and closing corrective actions.
  • Carry out internal audits, record findings and work with relevant departments to ensure any actions are followed through to completion.
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Stores and Projects to investigate quality issues and identify effective solutions.
  • Complete inspections and quality checks, maintain accurate records and ensure quality documentation is kept up to date.
  • Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities, identifying recurring issues and helping to promote consistent quality standards across the site.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a quality role within a manufacturing, engineering or similar environment.
  • Good understanding of quality control, quality assurance, non-conformance and corrective action processes.
  • Experience of carrying out internal audits and investigating quality issues using a structured approach to problem solving.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple issues effectively.
  • Confident communicator with good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using ERP systems.
