Role: Quality Systems Administrator
Location: Goole – Siemens Mobility / Rail Village site
Travel to other SMO locations may be required.

Contract: Initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension

Hours: 40 hours per week, approximately 9am–5pm

Working arrangement: Fully onsite, 5 days per week

Start: ASAP

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator who supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS) and the execution and documentation of the PM@Siemens MF process.

This role supports adherence to internal standards, customer requirements, and external regulations (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EN17460) and the internal MF PM@ Siemens processes MF-237 to MF-245.

The role contributes to operational excellence by assisting in quality performance monitoring, non-conformance tracking, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality systems across the organisation.
  • Assist in the execution and documentation of the MF PM@Siemens Quality gates.
  • Support internal audit processes and assist in coordination of external audits.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics including Process Quality, NCRs, and CARs.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality integration.
  • Assist with the management the SAP Document Management System.
  • Support the third-party certification audit preparation and execution.
  • Provide support and training to internal teams on quality standards and tools.

Success Factors

  • Promotion of engagement with the SAP DMS.

Skills and Background / Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in Quality Management or related fields within a regulated industry.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.
  • Familiarity with Business Management Systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of tools such as 8D, FMEA, and root cause analysis.

Desirable Skills

  • Process-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Use of MS Tools.
