We are an international leader in sustainable construction, driven by a passion for excellence, but it's our people that are our top priority. We connect, collaborate, and champion the well-being of our employees, forming partnerships and pioneering change in our ever-evolving industry.
At Etex, we seek to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers and our communities. Are you looking for a company where you can learn, grow and lead? Join us as a Quality Technician in Leeds.
As our Quality Technician at Remagin in Leeds, you will make sure every panel leaving our line is built right, checking the work as it happens and helping the team put things right when they are not. You do not need a background in quality to apply. If you have a sharp eye for detail and understand how a production line works, we will train you in our quality and design standards, in how to investigate problems properly and in the improvement methods we use across the site. This is a site-based role in Leeds with no travel, working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday on a two shift rotation of 6am to 2pm and 10am to 6pm, changing week to week, with overtime available at weekends if you want it. There is real scope to develop here, whether that is through training and qualifications or moving into other roles and departments as you grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
