Data Management & Quality Executive

We're partnering with a growing healthcare consultancy that works with some of the world's leading organisations. As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a Quant Data Executive to join their collaborative team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience within Market Research who enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills and takes pride in delivering work that's accurate, organised and audit-ready.

🚀 What you'll be doing

  • Building and maintaining structured Excel workbooks for quantitative research projects.
  • Creating cross-tabulations and summary tables.
  • Performing detailed quality checks across Excel, Word and PowerPoint deliverables.
  • Validating figures, percentages and statistics against source data.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies before reports are released.
  • Supporting quantitative data analysis using Excel and SPSS.
  • Maintaining robust version control and clear audit trails.
  • Contributing to continuous improvements in data management and quality processes.
  • Developing knowledge of healthcare regulations and Real World Data collection.

🎯 About you

  • Ideally a numerate or scientific subject degree
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and data validation.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with SPSS or similar statistical software is desirable.
  • 1-2 years experience in data management and market research
  • Experience within healthcare
