📍 Location: London (Hybrid)
💼 Sector: Quant Research & Trading
💰 Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission + Incentives

Hunter Bond is expanding our Quantitative Research & Trading desk, and we’re looking for a delivery-focused recruiter with 6+ months of agency experience to join the team. If you enjoy the candidate side of recruitment, love headhunting and want to specialise in one of the most niche and interesting areas of the market, this could be a great next step.

Who We Are

Hunter Bond is a specialist recruitment firm working across Quant, Technology, FinTech and Change & Transformation, partnering with some of the world's leading hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, market makers and financial institutions.

Our Quant Research & Trading desk is being built by Amir, who joined Hunter Bond earlier this year. Amir brings 10+ years of experience across both agency recruitment and internal talent acquisition at a major hedge fund, specialising in the Quant Research & Trading market.

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with Amir, learning the market directly from someone who has spent over a decade recruiting within this space.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
