Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Quantexa Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions supporting financial-services use cases such as KYC, AML, fraud detection, customer intelligence, and entity resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines for large and complex datasets.
- Ingest, transform, cleanse, standardize, and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Work with the Quantexa platform to support entity resolution, data integration, customer 360, and network analytics use cases.
- Develop and optimize data processing workflows using Apache Spark/PySpark and/or Scala.
- Build data models and data structures required for customer, account, transaction, company, and relationship data.
- Support entity matching and resolution by preparing high-quality and standardized source data.
- Perform data profiling, quality checks, reconciliation, and validation.
- Develop efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures and resolve data quality and processing issues.
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Business Analysts, Quantexa developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data solutions.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of data engineering solutions across environments.

Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Data Engineering and building production-grade data pipelines.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
- Good experience with Apache Spark / PySpark; Scala would be an added advantage.
- Experience working with large-scale structured and/or unstructured datasets.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data transformation, data modelling, and data quality.
- Experience integrating data from multiple source systems.
- Hands-on experience with Quantexa or similar entity resolution / data intelligence platforms is preferred.
