Quantitative Analyst

We're recruiting for a Quantitative Analyst role, joining a new product team with the opportunity to build something from the ground up and make a significant impact across the business.
The product itself isn't financial, but the challenge has strong parallels with quantitative trading and financial modelling - working with complex datasets, building structured models and using data to drive better decisions.
What you'll be doing...
- Building and refining quantitative models and decision-support frameworks
- Combining complex datasets to identify patterns, trends and opportunities
- Developing approaches to ranking, weighting and interpreting data
- Using Python, R, SQL, and Excel for analysis and modelling
- Helping shape a completely new analytical capability within the business

What we're looking for...
We're particularly interested in people currently working as a Quantitative Analyst, or a Data Analyst within quantitative trading / financial markets, who can bring that analytical approach into a new environment.
You'll need a strong academic background in a highly quantitative subject such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar, alongside strong quantitative modelling and data analysis experience.
