Job Description
Shape real-time betting markets as a Quantitative Analyst, turning complex data into high-precision probabilistic models.
The Quantitative Analysis department designs, develops, and maintains sophisticated mathematical models to deliver accurate pricing across complex sports betting products.
As a Quantitative Analyst, this position collaborates closely with Data Scientists, Traders, and Software Developers to refine probabilistic pricing frameworks. We look for analytical minds ready to tackle technical challenges and shape next-generation betting experiences.
This role is eligible for inclusion in our hybrid work-from-home policy.
Qualifications
- Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics
- Proven passion for sports and online betting markets
- Deep understanding of probability and statistics relevant to sports forecasting
- Commercial programming background in languages such as C#, Go, R, Python, or SQL
- Track record of analysing large-scale datasets within sports analytics
- Practical application of machine learning techniques
- Advanced capability in optimising mathematical models for accuracy and computational efficiency

Additional Information
- Builds and maintains pricing algorithms used in sports betting models
- Analyses data to quantify and refine pricing methodologies
- Optimises model performance for both accuracy and computational efficiency
- Develops and supports technical solutions owned by the department
- Identifies and resolves bugs affecting model accuracy
- Manages code versions using source control systems while ensuring thorough documentation
- Collaborates with Trading teams to incorporate domain expertise into mathematical models
