Job Title: Quant Developer
Duration: long-term contract
Location: UK-Based Hybrid (x3 days from London)
We are seeking a technically strong Quant Developer to support Credit & Capital Management and Group Risk Analytics. You will develop production-grade quantitative solutions, enhance the Felis Analytics Platform, and work closely with quants, engineers, product specialists, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable tooling and infrastructure for Credit & Capital Management.
- Build and maintain high-quality Python applications, data pipelines, dashboards, and APIs.
- Own solutions end-to-end from requirements and development through deployment and ongoing support.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, engineering standards, and platform improvements.
- Process large volumes of data for analytics and quantitative modelling.

Key Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience as a Quant Developer, Engineer, or in a Strats/Quant environment.
- Strong Python expertise with Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark.
- Experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, GCP/AWS, and cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience building REST/gRPC/GraphQL APIs and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, Git, Linux/Unix, Windows, and containerisation.
- E-rates experience is advantageous
