Job Description
The Project Manager primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the project life cycle for data collection from initiation to completion which includes managing project budgets, communicating to the client on progress in the field, troubleshooting and providing solutions to aid completion to deadline and ensuring that Profiles, Health standards are met on all aspects of the process and coordinating the day-to-day activities involved with running individual projects and resolving, recording and reporting issues that may jeopardize the team’s ability to complete the projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ensuring that projects are conducted in compliance with the ISO 20252 / 26362 standard, as represented in the Company’s Quality Manual and supporting procedures including industry guidelines (e.g.BHBIA and EphMRA) and other regulatory- and client requirements such as Adverse Event Reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review all project documentation provided by client services with manager and identify issues that jeopardize the ability to complete the project on time and within budget or impact the project’s gross margin. If necessary, provide recommendations to client service and partner with them to obtain a revised quote on the project.
- Manage internal project kick-off meeting with sales, panel, and programming to review materials, finalize all project requirements, and determine timelines and schedules. Work directly with the client to review all project materials and schedule and make changes as needed.
- Provide consistent updates to the client on the status of the project during the fielding process on a frequent basis either via email or phone. Provide recommendations to the panel team to maximize the sample while in the field.
- Ensure the project is completed on time and ensure all panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner. Provide the Finance team with all financial metrics required to complete the billing and invoice process; deliver the final bill to the client.

Qualifications
Education and Training Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum Experience:
- Must have 1 - 3 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare
- Experience in Healthcare data collections preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or a similar platform, Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail.
Knowledge, Skill, Ability:
- Be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Able to work well and meet deadlines and under pressure.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet departmental objectives.
- Have the ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment where moving deadlines and other changes often occur in real time.
