What We Need:

  • 3-5+ years' recruitment experience specifically in quant, systematic trading, or HFT / MFT
  • A demonstrable billing track record in this space
  • An existing network you can activate immediately
  • Strong communication and commercial drive
  • Based in or able to commute to Canary Wharf but will consider remote applicants
