Up to SGD $1,300,000. Your institutional trading toolkit applied to one of the fastest-growing corners of global finance. Singapore.
We are mandated by a proprietary trading firm at the frontier of decentralised finance and traditional market structure to find a senior institutional trader for their Real World Asset and derivatives desk in Singapore.
This is not a traditional ETF role. They want your Delta One and EM expertise - basket pricing, fragmented order books, multi-variable FX risk — applied to on-chain finance. If you know how to trade illiquid EM underlyings and manage delta one risk at scale, you will find an entirely new market to dominate here.
The role:
- Design, deploy and run proprietary trading, arbitrage and market-making strategies across tokenised RWAs, delta one products and crypto futures.
- Partner with quant researchers on pricing models.
- Manage multi-variable risk exposures across fragmented CeFi and DeFi venues.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
