Team members work closely with clients and partners, contributing to complex, high-profile infrastructure and building projects.
Role Description
You'll provide end-to-end quantity surveying services across a range of projects, working closely with clients, contractors, and project teams from inception through to final account. Responsibilities will include:

- Preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets
- Preparing tender documentation, and running tender analysis and reports
- Contract administration, including valuations, payment assessments, and change management
- Assessing compensation events and variations
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Agreeing final accounts
- Identifying and managing commercial risk
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Attending site as needed to support project delivery
About You
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- 5+ years' post-graduate experience in a quantity surveying role
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- A full driving license and willingness to travel across Ireland

Desirable
- Experience working with NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4)
- Experience in the civil engineering / infrastructure sector
- Chartered membership (RICS or SCSI), or working towards it
