Quantity Surveyor for a growing SME consultancy!
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and growing project delivery team in central London.
The team brings together quantity surveyors, project managers, engineers, and client-side cost and project management professionals, delivering a diverse range of projects across London and the wider UK.
With live projects across Residential, Co-Living, and PBSA, ranging from 50 apartments through to 500+ apartments, as well as Industrial & Logistics and commercial office schemes, this is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within a varied and forward-thinking environment.
Projects range from £20m to £100m in value and cover both new-build and refurbishment schemes, from feasibility and procurement through to construction and practical completion.
We are looking for an experienced, full-time Quantity Surveyor with a strong understanding of the living sector, cost planning, and the administration of JCT contracts. An immediate start is available.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take an active commercial role across a range of projects, working towards taking the lead and liaising closely with both client and contractor teams to ensure successful project delivery.
You will become an integral part of the project team and a key point of contact, helping to navigate projects from feasibility and cost planning through tendering, procurement, construction, and practical completion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
