Quantity Surveyor – North Tyneside | £500/day | Inside IR35

We’re currently recruiting for 2 x Quantity Surveyors to join a major infrastructure/highways project in North Tyneside.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Surveying and Estimating teams in appointing and managing contractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Prepare accurate cost plans and Bills of Quantities for both pre- and post-contract stages
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to identify changes early and manage change control effectively
  • Plan and manage your workload proactively to minimise risk and avoid disputes
  • Work seamlessly with design and construction teams to ensure integrated project delivery from start to finish
  • Contribute to successful outcomes by maintaining strong communication and coordination across all stakeholders
