Driver Project Services (DPS)

Driver Project Services (DPS) is a multidisciplinary consultancy firm with over 45 years of experience operating across the UK.

DPS provides a comprehensive range of planning, project management, and commercial management services for both construction and civil engineering projects.

DPS are actively seeking an experienced and talented Quantity Surveyor to support one of our teams on a long-term project in Teesside area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and processing sub-contract payments.
  • Producing quantities / schedules for procurement of sub-contract packages.
  • Preparation and issuing of sub-contract documentation to sub-contractors.
  • Preparation of project interim valuations.
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Attending meetings as required.
  • Liaising with site personnel to obtain site records and reconciling against works claimed.
  • Valuation of variations in line with the Contract Conditions.
  • Negotiating variations with Client's commercial team.
  • Keeping records and all documentation in line with company policies.

  • Experience of working on petrochemical, oil & gas and/or nuclear projects.
  • Degree qualified e.g. BSc in Quantity Surveying or other, construction related discipline with a minimum 5 Years' experience in a similar role.

Additional information

We are open to offer permanent as well as contract employment opportunities. Salary/day rate and other allowances are negotiable depending on experience.
