📢 We’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor
We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Team and play a key role in the delivery of our structured cabling projects.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you’ll be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from tender through to final account.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing project budgets, costs, and commercial performance.
- Managing variations, change orders, and additional works.
- Reviewing and negotiating supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Working closely with Project and Site Managers to identify risks and opportunities, as well as resolving commercial issues.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, or Estimator within structured cabling, construction, or electrical contracting.
- Strong knowledge of M&E practices and construction contracts.
- Experience with drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong commercial, numerical, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing variations, valuations, procurement, and final accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.

A degree/HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is desirable, but we’re also open to candidates who are qualified by experience.
Experience with NEC/JCT contracts and knowledge of data center, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure projects would be an advantage.
