About the Role
An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to join a leading UK infrastructure organisation delivering major capital investment projects across critical utility networks. This is an opportunity to become part of a business responsible for maintaining and enhancing nationally significant infrastructure, supporting long-term investment programmes and the delivery of essential services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial and contractual oversight across a portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects.
- Work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to manage contractual relationships, control project expenditure, oversee forecasting activities, and ensure robust commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support tender evaluations, contract negotiations, risk management, and dispute resolution processes.
- Help drive commercial best practice across the portfolio.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Hold experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong understanding and experience working on NEC contracts.
- Capable of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and various senior figures from other functions across the business.

- Up to £65,500 plus up to 6% bonus.
