The role of the Quantity Surveyor – Building Products will involve:

  • Quantity Surveyor role working on a range of projects utilizing a high quality range of GRP Composite and aluminium building products
  • Manage project costs from initial estimating and tender through to final accounts, ensuring projects remain commercially viable
  • Prepare and manage BOQs, tenders, valuations, cost reports and cash flow forecasts, identifying risks and cost variances
  • Administer contracts including NEC, JCT and/or FIDIC, managing variations, claims, disputes and contractual obligations
  • Work closely with clients, contractors and internal teams, providing commercial advice and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Monitor project performance and deliver value engineering, supporting investment decisions and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Typical projects would include: infrastructure, developments, high rise office space, residential high rise or block of flats / apartments


The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor – Building Products with:

  • Must have extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
  • Understanding of NEC, JCT or FIDIC contract types
  • Ideally have experience within large scale infrastructure projects
  • Project led with an ability to think laterally
  • Strong attention to detail
