The Role
As The Quantity Surveyor, You'll
- Scope and price works, ensuring value for money and commercial accuracy.
- Manage cost modelling, financial analysis and commercial reporting.
- Maintain commercial control throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Manage commercial risks, change control and project cost variations.
- Work closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners.
- Support commercial negotiations and dispute resolution when required.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across commercial processes.
- Provide commercial guidance and support to colleagues across the business.

About You
To Be Successful As The Quantity Surveyor, You'll Have
- Commercial experience within construction, property maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of pricing frameworks, cost control and financial analysis.
- A Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent practical commercial experience.
- Experience managing commercial risk, variations and change control.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with operational and supply chain teams.
- Previous experience within secure or government environments would be advantageous.
