Senior Quantity Surveyor
North West England

A leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of long-term infrastructure works across the North West.
With a strong pipeline of secured projects and framework agreements in place, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering critical infrastructure improvements.
Your new role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of infrastructure projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities will include:
- Commercial management of projects from award through to final account
- Administration of subcontractor accounts and procurement activities
- Managing change control, compensation events and variations
- Cost forecasting and financial reporting
- Contract administration and risk management
- Supporting project teams to maximise commercial performance
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Background within civil engineering, infrastructure, highways, utilities or related sectors
- Strong contract administration experience
- Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- Full UK driving licence
