Be Part of Something That Matters

At LGH Hotels Management Ltd, we believe great hospitality starts behind the scenes—with environments that feel right, work beautifully, and bring people together.

Every refurbishment, every investment, every project we complete helps create places where guests feel welcome, and teams feel proud.

We’re now looking for a Quantity Surveyor who wants more than just a role—they want to make a meaningful impact, bring clarity to complexity, and be part of a team that values their expertise and judgement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking ownership of the commercial delivery of projects from concept through to completion
  • Bringing clarity and confidence to budgets, forecasts, and financial decisions
  • Working closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep everything aligned
  • Managing costs while always balancing quality, experience, and long-term value
  • Identifying risks early and helping teams navigate challenges with confidence
  • Supporting a collaborative, solutions-focused approach across every stage of delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
