What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of the commercial delivery of projects from concept through to completion
- Bringing clarity and confidence to budgets, forecasts, and financial decisions
- Working closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep everything aligned
- Managing costs while always balancing quality, experience, and long-term value
- Identifying risks early and helping teams navigate challenges with confidence
- Supporting a collaborative, solutions-focused approach across every stage of delivery

We’re looking for someone who combines experience with a strong sense of purpose—someone who enjoys being relied upon and takes pride in doing things the right way.

- A depth of experience in Quantity Surveying, giving you the confidence to lead and guide projects
- The ability to create reassurance and clarity for others in often complex situations
- A collaborative approach—someone who values relationships and works well with others
- Confidence to take ownership, alongside sound judgement and the ability to influence
- A structured, organised mindset that brings control and consistency to projects
- Strong commercial awareness, with a practical and forward-thinking approach
- Ideally degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
