Our client is seeking a commercially driven professional to join their high-performing Commercial Team in the Scotland East region. The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial performance of multiple developments, ensuring robust cost control and effective subcontractor management throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Procuring and appointing subcontractors across multiple trades
  • Managing subcontractor accounts and contractual relationships
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate site budgets
  • Producing and analysing monthly valuations and commercial reports

  • Have proven experience within house building or the wider construction sector
  • Possess strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Be highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
