Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + car allowance
Location: Wales

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team, supporting civils and highways projects across England and Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual with strong contract and financial control experience to play a key role in project delivery.
You’ll be a proactive and commercially aware Quantity Surveyor who is confident managing costs, contracts, and reporting within a busy project environment. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across site and office teams, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the financial performance and valuation of projects across England and Wales.
- Maintain accurate financial control systems and produce monthly cost value reconciliation reports.
- Support operational teams on all contract and commercial matters.
- Ensure effective communication and flow of information between site and office teams.
- Travel to sites as required to support staff and clients.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- BSc / HND / HNC in Quantity Surveying is desirable, but not essential.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within highways and/or the local authority sector.
- Proven experience working with operational teams on cost-value reports and project management costs.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC forms of contract is essential.
- Full valid UK driving licence.
