Quantity Surveyor | Hybrid | Permanent | Competitive Salary DOE

Cedar Recruitment are currently supporting an Engineering organisation with the recruitment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a permanent basis in London.

This role will support the delivery of high profile M&E projects from a commercial perspective, working closely with Project Managers, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing project budgets and forecasts
  • Valuations
  • CVRs
  • Cash flow and commercial reporting
  • Identifying and agreeing variations
  • Compensation events and claims

The ideal candidate will have strong construction contract knowledge, particularly NEC, with experience in valuations and cost analysis. A RICS degree or equivalent is highly desirable for this role.
