Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £50K/£60K + Package
Are you a Quantity Surveyor thinking about a fresh start and looking to work for a leading regional contractor who have secured a healthy pipeline of projects for 2026/2027?
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join my client's growing Yorkshire team based in Leeds with Hybrid working available. As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within an established commercial team, supporting them on various new build and refurbishment schemes throughout the West Yorkshire region.

Duties of a Quantity Surveyor:
Your day to day will include:
- Regular financial reporting
- Processing and administration of applications for payment upstream and downstream
- Managing relationships with the Client and the appointed professional team
- Collaborative working with all external and internal stakeholders will be crucial, including mentoring/managing an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to contribute to the growth of the hub
- Working on a portfolio of projects predominately involving new build housing schemes

- Demonstrate general construction knowledge
- Have Experience of delivering projects under NEC and JCT Forms of Contract
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
