A growing, privately owned cost & project consultancy is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven QS who wants to take ownership of projects, work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and develop their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking consultancy.
The business specialises across residential and commercial projects, partnering with well known organisations and high net worth individuals.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, including:

- Preparing feasibility studies, cost plans and estimates
- Managing cost plans and monitoring cost movements
- Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
- Advising on procurement and tender strategies
- Managing tender processes and contractor negotiations
- Monthly valuations and cost reporting
- Contract administration and change management
- Supporting final accounts and commercial negotiations
- Working closely with clients, contractors and design teams
- Providing clear, commercially focused advice throughout project delivery

What We're Looking For
We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with:
- 3+ Years consultancy experience
- Pre and post-contract exposure
- Understanding of cost planning, procurement and contract administration
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- The ability to manage projects independently while working collaboratively within a wider team
- MRICS or progress towards chartership would be advantageous
