Senior / Quantity Surveyor
Blue Diamond Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a busy construction consultancy based in Solihull to recruit a Senior / Quantity Surveyor.
This thriving consultancy is going from strength to strength and is committed to delivering exceptional projects focused on sustainability, quality, and collaboration. Their diverse portfolio spans commercial, residential, leisure & hospitality, supported living, and retail sectors. They pride themselves on nurturing long term relationships with clients, contractors and partners alike.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the heart of contractual elements of a variety of construction projects. Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors, you’ll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth in a forward-thinking, supportive company.

The Director is looking for a team oriented individual with strong technical expertise, ideally with 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying. You’ll be working on high profile construction projects that make a significant impact on the community, with full support from a tight knit team around you.
While experience across various sectors is beneficial, experience in fit out projects is desirable but not essential. The role offers excellent professional development opportunities within a stable and expanding business, with exposure to both consultancy and development work.

Salary & Benefits:
- Offering a competitive basic salary
