About the Role
Due to continued success and growth, our client, a successful main contractor that specialise in new builds and refurbishments within the leisure, healthcare and retail sectors, are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Quantity Surveyor, possible you are a graduate with 1-2 years work experience behind you.
- You would be based on a £20m new build gym project in Brentwood Essex for 2 years.
- There will be support and guidance from a highly experienced commercial team - a great opportunity to enhance & target your career progression.

What is on Offer?
- Paid Holiday – 20 days per annum plus bank holidays (3 days to be taken at Xmas shutdown)
- Pension contribution – up to 5% matching employee contributions (after successful 3 month probation)

- Probation period – 3 months
- Paid expenses/travel/hotels to site & staying away (if needed)
