Role: Quantity Surveyor
We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Oxford.
Location: Oxford Station, Oxford - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the commercial team, supporting them in maximising project profitability and quality of service., you'll play a vital role in delivering quality projects whilst managing commercial aspects on allocated schemes. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive team environment, where your contribution will directly impact project success.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing monthly payment applications to clients and managing the certification process
- Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts
- Working collaboratively with project teams to ensure commercial aspects are understood and recorded
- Managing change control, early warnings, and compensation events in a timely manner
- Monitoring project performance using cost reconciliation and earned value metrics
Requirements
What are we looking for?
This role of Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
- You have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar industry
- You can work independently, managing subcontractor accounts and preparing valuations
- You understand contract conditions, particularly around obligations, variations, and payment terms
