Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead
Location: South Kensington, London
Salary & Package: Up to £85k plus package
Reporting to: Director
The Role
Our client is looking for an ambitious QS to join our team and take the commercial lead across a growing portfolio of live refurbishment and development projects in Prime Central London.
This is not a traditional QS role. We want someone commercially sharp, hands-on and excited about using AI and new technology to improve how projects are costed, procured and managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost planning, procurement, and commercial management across multiple projects
- Manage tenders, contractor negotiations, valuations, and final accounts
- Provide clear, real-time reporting on costs, risks, and opportunities
- Work directly with our development, design, and project-management teams
- Help us build smarter, AI-enabled commercial systems as the business scales

About You
You may already be working for a consultancy, contractor, or developer. What matters most is that you understand construction, take ownership, and want to work differently. You will ideally hold a degree in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management or Construction Project Management.
