Are you a recently Chartered Quantity Surveyor, or a Quantity Surveyor who is on the APC pathway?
We are actively supporting a small and award-winning Cost Consultancy find a new motivated Quantity Surveyor to support their Southwest London office. (near Richmond)
The Quantity Surveyor will be hybrid working.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The Quantity Surveyors will be joining at a crucial time of growth as the business have recently won new projects in the Retail, Industrial and Heritage sectors.
All projects are at different stages, so an emphasis of strong understanding at both pre & post contract duties is crucial.

Project values will range between £4M - £25M.
Key duties such as feasibility studies, cost plans, tender support and then taking all projects through to final accounts.
If you are MRICS/Chartered, this will reflect in pay and benefits.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Quantity Surveying background with a consultancy
- Employers Agent awareness
- Understanding of JCT (D&B) contracts
- Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
- Already or wanting to become MRICS
- Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
- Pre and post contract knowledge
- Understanding within the £4M - £25M contract values
