A well-established specialist contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team based in Harrow.

The successful candidate will take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-contract through to final account, working closely with operational teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery and strong commercial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Subcontractor procurement and management
  • Valuations, variations, cost reporting, forecasting, final accounts
  • Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • A minimum of four years' Quantity Surveying experience
  • Solid background within demolition, cut and carve, structural alterations or related specialist contracting sectors
  • Experience with leading specialist contractors such as McGee, John F Hunt, Deconstruct, Keltbray, or similar organisations is of particular interest
