A well-established specialist contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team based in Harrow.

The successful candidate will take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-contract through to final account, working closely with operational teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery and strong commercial performance.
Responsibilities
- Subcontractor procurement and management
- Valuations, variations, cost reporting, forecasting, final accounts
- Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- A minimum of four years' Quantity Surveying experience
- Solid background within demolition, cut and carve, structural alterations or related specialist contracting sectors
- Experience with leading specialist contractors such as McGee, John F Hunt, Deconstruct, Keltbray, or similar organisations is of particular interest
