Our Client are an established fit out and refurbishment contractor based in Central London. They specialise in delivering high end refurbishment projects on Grade I and II listed properties across London with values between £500k - £5million.
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the business, ideally with some pre construction too as you can expect to be involved in pricing work and then commercially overseeing it. You will be based out of their Central London office with most of their sites being in Zone 1 and 2 so all easily commutable from their offices.

Duties will include:


Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Preparing cost plans, budgets and valuations.
- Managing subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
- Producing monthly cost reports and forecasts.
- Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.
- Preparing interim applications, variations and final accounts.
- Negotiating subcontractor accounts.
- Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and Clients to ensure projects are delivered on budget.
- Supporting the successful commercial delivery of projects across a range of sectors.
