Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Belfast or Glasgow | Salary Dependent on Experience
Join one of the UK's leading interior specialists. CCL Interiors is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. With the flexibility to be based from either our Belfast or Glasgow office, this is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile commercial interior projects across the UK and Ireland.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing project costs, maximising value, and ensuring the successful commercial delivery of our projects from pre-construction through to final account.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle
- Preparing valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts
- Procuring subcontractors and managing subcontract agreements
- Monitoring project performance and identifying commercial risks and opportunities
- Preparing and presenting cost reports to senior management
- Supporting project teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved
- Managing change control processes and variations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction, fit-out, or interiors sectors
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Relevant degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (preferred)
