🚨 We're Hiring | Mechanical Quantity Surveyor | London 🚨
I'm currently recruiting for a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join a growing engineering business based in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly scaling company delivering specialist mechanical and building services projects across the UK and Europe. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working on a Data Centre projects, with genuine opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing project budgets and cost plans
- Preparing valuations, payment applications, and final accounts
- Procuring subcontract and supplier packages
- Assessing and negotiating variations and change orders
- Producing monthly cost reports and financial forecasts
- Supporting commercial risk management and contract administration
- Liaising with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction, MEP, mechanical, or HVAC sectors
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Fluent written and spoken English
