Quantity Surveyor (Bespoke Fit Outs)
£50,000 - £65,000 + Company Benefits + Company Bonus + Training + Development + Progression + Travel Allowance
Location: Croydon - London & South East Patch
Are you a Quantity Surveyor with Excel calculation experience looking to become the go-to specialist for a growing interiors contractor, delivering bespoke, high-end projects while developing your career and boosting your earnings through a bonus scheme?
This is an opportunity to join a multiple award-winning specialist interiors contractor with over 300 years of history. The company delivers bespoke decorative plasterwork and high-end interior finishes for some of the UK's most prestigious properties, working alongside leading architects, interior designers, and main contractors.
The role would suit a Quantity Surveyor from a construction, interiors, or fit-out background looking for greater responsibility, variety, and the opportunity to work on unique, high-value projects.
The Role:
- Manage bespoke fit-out, residential, commercial, and heritage projects valued between £100k-£1.5m
- Take responsibility for the commercial and operational delivery of projects
- Manage valuations, variations, invoicing, procurement, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and financial performance using Excel
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects remain on programme and within budget
- Work closely with clients, architects, interior designers, and main contractors
- Support project planning, reporting, and commercial reviews
- Ongoing training and development, including SMSTS

The Person:
- Experience in Quantity Surveying and/or Project Management within construction, fit-out, or interiors
- Strong understanding of project costs, valuations, variations, and subcontractor management
- Confident using Excel for reporting, calculations, and cost control
- Full UK driving license
- Commutable to Croydon
