📢 Quantity Surveyor – Defence Projects | Bristol

💼 Salary:

Competitive (DOE) + Package

📍 Location:

Bristol

🏗️ Sector:

Construction | Defence | Secure Facilities | Design & Build

🕵️ ♂️ For my client – a highly respected regional contractor delivering secure, technically complex defence projects

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to work on highly regulated, long-term defence programmes with a contractor known for quality, discretion, and technical capability?

I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional construction business with a strong presence in the defence sector. Based in Bristol, the business delivers a range of secure and sensitive projects across the South West for long-standing public-sector and MOD-aligned clients.

With a robust pipeline of work and repeat frameworks in place, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to build long-term career stability while working on projects of national importance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
