Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to renewables projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy throughout each phase. Your expertise will help optimize project budgets, control costs, and support successful project delivery from inception to completion.

- Cost control and value management
- Produce accurate monthly forecasts, CVRs and P&Ls
- Develop local supply chains
- Administer the commercial aspects of the programmes
- Agreement of applications for supply chain payment and final accounts
- Monthly WIP analysis & cash flow control.
- Manage variation accounts, and subcontract payments
- Production of dashboard reports to reflect on the key commercial KPIs
- Advising the team on contractual issues
- Management of Variation Account and final account forecast
Skills
- Must have experience in renewables projects (solar farms/ battery storage) under NEC agreements.
- Hold a full driving license held for a minimum of 12 months
- Uses suitable business-like and appropriate language in your communication
- Prioritises key tasks to receive the greatest attention.
- DBS check to be completed prior to start date.
- A legal right to work in the UK.
