Are you a Quantity Surveyor from a construction background looking to step into a role with a Commercial Construction specialist offering a chance for you to manage your own team, support through Chartership and progression to become a Commercial Director down the line?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction company covering a range of commercial projects with over 40 years of experience. Working with the NHS and Councils, they have seen continuous growth and are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their tight-knit team.
In this role you will be monitoring project costs throughout the lifecycle, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying over costs early. You will work closely with other departments in the office or at occasional site visits while assessing the progression on projects regarding cost and budgets. You will also be responsible for managing a small team of Quantity Surveyors and Apprentices.

The role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a managerial position with a well-established construction company offering real progression and dynamic projects.
The Role:
- Monitoring project costs throughout the lifecycle
- Managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and Apprentices
- Occasional site visits within the South
- Car allowance (£5000) and boosted pension
- Monday - Friday (7:30am - 5pm)
The Person:
- Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
- Willing to commute to the office in Portsmouth and occasional site visits
