Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to gain specialist training in Estimating with an industry-leading facilities management company offering a wide range of public sector projects and being one of the go-to Quantity Surveyors in their 135-employee team?
This is an opportunity to join a building maintenance and property development specialist, managing over 30,000 properties across Ireland. They provide new build development of residential and commercial property schemes and are looking to grow their Estimating / Quantity Surveying department with the growth of their business.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring project costs throughout the lifecycle
- Ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying over costs early
- Working closely with other departments in office or at occasional site visits while assessing the progression on projects regarding cost and budgets
- Pre-work Estimating involved giving you a chance to upskill

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to gain sort-after Estimating experience to upskill with a leading well-established facility management company offering real progression and dynamic projects.
The Role:
- Monitoring project costs throughout the lifecycle
- Estimating Construction and building service costs
- Occasional site visits but mainly based in office
- Monday - Friday (8:30am-5pm) and hybrid working available
- Training in Estimating projects working in a tight-knit team of 2
The Person:
- Quantity Surveyor with Estimating experience or willing to learn
- Willing to commute to sites and office based in Newry
