Freelance Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering & Groundworks Packages

Job Overview

Location: Southall, West London
Duration: 18 months work (phase 1) then 18 months work (phase 2)
Rates: £400 - £500 per day (outside IR35)
Start Date: Early November 2026

Responsibilities

Freelance Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting on a large groundworks and civil engineering package for three new data centres for Microsoft in Southall, West London.

Well-respected civil engineering and groundworks business with very strong repeat business relationships. Working on groundworks packages throughout the UK on Data Centres, Waste to Energy Projects, and major Distribution buildings.
